Queensryche's First Gold Album "Empire"

Queensryche is honored here at a award ceremony in 1990 at the height of their popularity with their first gold record "Empire". The group was a Seattle Progressive Metal Band that received global recognition. Their monster hit single from the LP was titled "Silent Lucidity" and peaked on Billboard at #9 while their album broke into the Top Ten Chart at #7.
