2013 - Turning The Proverbial Page

An associate called me the other day and asked, "Did you have a good year in 2013?" And all I could muster up was, "Yeah, I guess so. But I've certainly had better ones." A couple of minutes later I thought to myself how pessimistic my answer may have sounded. Maybe I was a little too hasty in my response. That's because in hindsight I'm very thankful for all that has been provided to me this year. I wanted to call them back and respond differently allowing me to share how appreciative I really am. Particularly for the ability to breath the air of the living and also for being fortunate to experience the prosperity of life. Two things we take for granted. And while even more goals remain, I am ever thankful for our family's good health. As we get older and turn the page on the year of 2013 and enter into still another brand new year, I wanted to let you know that everyone here at the The Photolog, me and my dog, wish you a Seasons Greetings and Happy Holidays.
